Fees
$60/hour ($54/hour pre-paid)for basic priority site work/edits performed during normal business hours. Your work will be performed in order of request.
$100/hour ($90/hour pre-paid) for priority site work/edits during normal business hours. Jump the line and get your site updated first.
$100/hour site work/edits for outside normal business hours.
Cancelation
All plans are prepaid for each month or year. Cancel within 15 days before next billing cycle if you choose the manual payment method. Cancel 3 business days before the next automatic payment to allow processing by the banks. Your account will be active through the month that has been paid for.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued. No prorated refunds due to “cancelation” or “interruption of services”
Late fees
Manual payment plans that are late will be billed an additional $49 each billing cycle that you are late.
After 2 billing cycles (approximately 60 days) your account will be suspended. See “Interruption of services“ below for reconnection fees.
After 6 months you will be sent to collections and your site will be permanently deleted.
Interruption of services
Your website will be suspended and removed from the public once you become 2 billing cycles (approximately 60 days) late. A reconnection fee of $100 for basic accounts, and $250 for all others, will apply to reconnect your site. Your site will resume exactly as it was at the time of cancellation. Once restored all required plugins and software will be updated. Updates to the website(edits) at your request will be billed at the rates stated above.
